No xeldz found. Activator problem

I downloaded the activator by Daz. Installed, restarted. Instead of booting Windows, a black window appeared with the items Windows 7 / Vista / Server
Windows 7 / Vista / Server (No SLIC)
Debug (Default)
Debug (Legacy)
Windows NT / 2000 / XP
Each is missing xeldz.
How to solve the problem without losing files on your computer? Or how to solve it at all? On a bourgeois site I read that you need to start in safe mode via prompt and enter the command bcdedit / Timeout 5, but where to enter it? There are no such commands in the only command line.
