Changing the position of the radar, hud`a, etc. [Solution] (Grand Theft Auto 5)

I noticed that the minimap in the game is too low, and too close to the left side of the screen. And in all versions the minimap is located in a completely different way. So, I thought, maybe this game has enlarged the image? The screen resolution in the game is 1680x1050 (my monitor is 1680x1050), the aspect ratio in the game is 16: 9.
