Bug with the Dolphin Cannibal (Tunche)

Hello everyone when meeting Dolphin. Dolphin refuses to talk and continue the game further and you cannot start a battle with the boss. How to fix this bug? And if anyone has saves from version 1.03 of the code, please discard it!
