How big is the storyline? (Fallout 4)
Actually, I have now entered the Institute. And I have a couple of questions:1. Is this almost the end of the plot? Are there many more story quests left?
2. If, before teleporting to the Institute, I chose to help one of the factions (Minutemen, Brotherhood of Steel or Underground), then I will not be able to go over to the side later, say, the Brotherhood, etc.?

You can.
Even after the Battle for Bunker Hill quest, you can remain neutral.
The last feature is the BS quest Strategic thinking, you have to destroy the subway, then the War Booty quest - the institution will become hostile.
Quest Mass Fusion, BS will become enemies.
