GPU drivers and mouse software

Hello everyone. I recently bought myself a graphics tablet. I started to install drivers on it, nothing foreshadowed trouble, but when I started the software for the drivers, it gave an error, saying the device was not connected. I several times tried to reinstall the drivers and even looked for older versions of the driver of this GPU, in order to check their performance. They did start, but there was little sense from this, tk. when setting up the software, the tablet simply did not draw in the window to check it, when drawing in other applications, it did not want to react to pressing force, etc. I decided to score on it for a day and figure it out tomorrow. While I was sitting at the computer, my mouse began to behave strangely, namely, it decided to disconnect and reset the software settings that I had on it before. Interestingly, when adjusting DPI and other functions, the mouse behaved normally and agreed to them, but when setting the color of the mouse and the logo (whether it glows, blinks, or simply turned off), the mouse simply refused to accept the settings. Already when reinstalling the drivers on the GPU (which was also not very successful), I noticed that when the PC was rebooted, the mouse seemed to exist and I could even move it around the screen, but she didn't really want to click, I had to restart the mouse. After I do this, the DPI settings ONLY fly off. If we talk about today's attempts to configure the drivers and install them properly, everything did not go very well as in the end nothing came of it. I just noticed a possible reason for the drivers not working, namely Windows Ink, which I disabled. or just disabled) the mouse simply refused to accept the settings. Please tell me how to fix problems with the mouse and what to do with the GPU drivers. If that GP I have a Parblo 640.
