UILow.sga is missing to launch (Company of Heroes 2)

Hello everyone.

Yesterday I downloaded the repack, reinstalled it three times, but, nevertheless, there is always the same problem. At startup, a window appears prompting you to send a report. The error file says the following:
[Fatal] Archive 'CoH2 Archives UILow' is missing!

I climbed the Internet and found only one torrent that contains this file, and no one has been distributing it for a long time.

Can someone upload this file to the file hosting service? UILow.sga Repack
