Xbox one for windows gamepad

I want to buy a gamepad xbox one for windows.
There are a couple of questions:
I saw different versions of EX6-00007 and 6AV-00012, what is the difference between xs.
Does XBox Wireless Adapter for Windows (wireless adapter) work on Windows 7? Who says yes, who does not, maybe someone has this miracle and everything works on the seven ... Does it
support vibration in all games?

6AV-00012 is a bundle with a game for the box, EX6-00007 is just a pad. You can look at NG6-00003 - this is a bundle with a wireless adapter, it is really hard to find it, if only you order it with Ibei.
with vin7 through the adapter the gamepad works, but it may not start out of the box, you may have to dance a little with a tambourine and vibrate through the air, as far as I remember, it does not work for 7
