Just cheer up the computer more often and it will believe you as you believe in it. And everything will be normal!

75 for radeon is quite normal temperature, my 960 heats up somewhere around 72 degrees, you can automatically set the fan speed to 40-45% and should be around 65 degrees.

I do not understand the essence of the topic, the problem is what? And what does the graphics settings have to do with it? FPS is normal for 270X, temperature is normal for 270X, what doesn't suit you? I would even say that the temperature is more than normal, I would have it with a full load of the video core on the GTX 980, otherwise it easily rises to 85 even at a turbine speed of 4200 rpm. I even have an i7 4770K overclocked to 4.5 in stress tests at 100% working time up to 65-70 degrees, it warms up and does not complain, although sometimes it throttles a little, but in general it is insignificant, more productive CO for 6 pipes is needed.
Was it worth creating a new topic at all?

In order not to arrange a holivar, in spite of everyone passing by, I encountered such a temperature precisely in this game, before that it was not higher than 65º, I don’t know the operating temperature of the VC, thank you, who answered the case
