Roll length and speed. (Dark Souls 3)

As far as I understand, the length of the roll depends on the weight of the equipment on the character. But the player has a "physical strength" parameter, or something that allows you to increase the weight you carry. Will raising this parameter increase the speed of my rolls? What should be the load in% to jump like a monkey, and after what value do you start to somersault in place?
