Cheat on all the blueprints! (Dragon Age: Inquisition)

There is a cheat for opening all the blueprints? No need to write: "You yourself can find them during the game" // I just go through it again and somehow lazy.

So it is possible to synchronize with previous playthroughs, and all the blueprints that you have already found can be obtained in a second: there it is a golden hare / rabbit in the basement of Skyhold, and near the blacksmith in the Vault
