Video card problems

The gtx770 video card stops working when installing any drivers other than the standard one, is it the end of it?

You go to the Control Panel - Hardware and Sound - Device Manager, find your video card in the video adapter tab, go to the Driver tab, press the tab (the computer will think a little) and all you really have is an old version of the driver.
Then you can click to update this driver again to a newer one (just as for me, when you update something went wrong) if after that nothing will work again, then it is better to go to the workshop!
