Weapon of the Silver Knights. (Dark Souls 3)

I have 25 luck and I farm them with a ring of luck and coins for 2 hours, the whole set fell out, but the weapon is not. On the wiki, while the topic has not been updated, I can not understand. Judging by the 1st part, the weapon should drop out, especially from the Black Knights and set and weapon. So, who knows here the weapon of silver drops out or not?
