DLC issue (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Guys, such a problem, I play on PS 4, I downloaded the add-ons game + (when you start a new game, but there is lvl, swords, all things from the last playthrough) and improved finishing moves. So my game is not updated version 1.0 (stock never updated, but there is an update for 18GB). Question: I do not install DLC because I have not updated the game or for another reason?
