Video problem (Dark Souls 3)

I had a problem, when I turn it on, the screen starts to flicker, and because of this, the game slows down a little, the video settings do not help, if anyone knows the solution, please help.

It seems to have solved the problem, I have Win7 64bit., Steam version, now to the solution: 1) Create a shortcut, just not through Steam, but a shortcut to the .exe file, path- C: Program Files (x86) Steam steamapps common DARK SOULS III Game, 2) Go to the properties of the shortcut and put compatibility with Windows 7 and check the box - enable on behalf of the Administrator.
