Can't log into the server (Diablo 2)

When you press the battle.net button in diablo 2, it starts downloading the patch, then exits the game and pops up a window, it says that the patch is not needed, and so 1.13. When you restart it, the same thing happens and so on ad infinitum. It all started after I tried to play in Europe, after 3 days realizing that this was complete feces, I decided to return to PG. Faced this problem. I fought for a long time in the end I formatted the zhorik with the subsequent installation of Windows, it seemed to help. But after a while it started again.
