Phantoms (Dark Souls 3)

Hey! As I understand it, there will not be many different phantoms in DS3, as in 2 parts from which you can knock out some gear? in the first playthrough I met 3 pieces (or is it just pirates)

There are more of these phantoms in DS3 than in the first part (I'm not sure about the second). You need to constantly be in a smoldering form in order to meet everyone.
