PS where to get binoculars and a set of farram. Got quite far. The last boss killed is Champion Gundir

binoculars can be found in Lothric's High Wall

find the binoculars not far from the first bonfire on the Wall of Lothric: you go straight to the side of the dragon (alive) and instead of going down to the tower, where 3 empty ones sit and from where the first screamer comes out, you go up to the same tower. At the topmost platform there is a corpse with binoculars.

To collect loot on lava, just use moss + pyromancy sweat
