Who knows how to disable vertical sync in win10?
Disabled in the video card driver, but only for games and 3d applications. I'm wondering how to disable it in the win10 interface itself. In win7, this could be done if you disable "Aero", i.e. the screen began to "tear" on the desktop, in the browser, when watching a video, etc. But in win10 there is no "Aero" and even if you put the classic theme, while disabling all the effects, the "vertical" is still present. So, maybe there is some way?
