Freezes from the third person (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

In general, I have a system:
AMD FX-8350
Asus crosshair V formula-Z
Asus GeForce gtx 660 ti (two, in slack)
16 GB
RAM Samsung Hdd wd black
Ssd Kingston v300 60 GB
The problem is observed in all third-person games, specifically Sims 3/4, APB and Skyrim, regardless of the operating system (7, 8.1, 10).
In Skyrim, braking is especially observed when riding a horse (friezes every 7 seconds).
there is no overheating anywhere. I checked ram, hdd, ssd, video cards - all tests were great, but in games from the third - it's just hell.
