NPCs hover above the ground :( (Dark Souls 3)

The guys today faced such a bug (glitch) that all the summoned and invading NPCs seem to float above the ground and do no damage while doing nothing ... Yesterday, everything was fine: (Has anyone ever experienced this?
PS: I don’t use cheats in principle, many times I invaded from the covenant Faithful to Aldrick, maybe because of this, although I will repeat myself never using any cheats and will not ...
