Completed the whole game, all the bosses are killed and m. is it that because of this there are no signs?

You could get into the softban, it was in the previous part. If cheated through artmoney or trainers, or a save editor.
Or check that you have a global, not local mode.

no, I didn't cheat, I just think so, there are no bosses, and the summoned phantom should help kill the boss in order to return, but they are not there, and I think so, therefore, the sign itself cannot be left calling me

It's strange that I didn't notice right away, I killed so many bosses, the game was over and only now. When the boss of a location is defeated, you can no longer call on a phantom to help yourself, but you are always welcome to a duel.
