Company. A bad bug. (Injustice: Gods Among Us)

I played the game for 3 years. Then broke the tablet, then played a year. We went with a new phone, passed the tutorial, went to multiplayer, restore your account through the profile WB. Went to the company, and it all folded. I went to the first level (training), and the second battle opened. The game is supported in the new account the company opens normally. Help.
