1. Most likely not;
2. Vex = 2 hum = 4 ist = 8 small = 16 um = 32 pool.
Vex can be exchanged in chat for any combination of the runes above (for example, rum + ist + 2 mal = vex), or you can cook it yourself (2 runes + stone).
