Roach Stamina Problem (Possible Solution) (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

For those who have a problem with the endurance of the roach, I recently encountered it, that the endurance of the roach had ceased to resume, and had to run.
I just solved the problem by repeatedly pressing Shift during the time when I was racing "Golop".
I hope the solution to the problem will help someone.
SpoilerP.S. Not resolved by reloading the game (if the save was with a bug), also not resolved by loading the last save.

Well, I most likely survived with this bug (Auto-save enabled), so in your case, a reboot could help. At least I described a possible solution to the problem with the energy of the roach as I solved it.

This is normal, and should drop out of combat and fill up as you hit the enemy.
