XBOX ONE gamepad and PC

Hello everyone! People need a little help (at least links where there is info). I want to connect a gamepad from ONE to a PC wirelessly (I know about a special flash drive for this, but it is only for the 10th Windows and costs $ 20).
Is it possible using an adapter from 360 (a box on a wire that connects a gamepad to a PC) and making a wireless connection with it? Or is it possible to use the same wireless mouse adapter?
I know that if it is possible, but this is dancing with a tambourine, information is needed on how to "dance". I would be grateful for the information
