Brakes in games due to the gamepad.

With a gamepad connected, fps in any game drops sharply to 0 in 1-2 minutes, then it does not rise above 20, as soon as you disconnect the gamepad - fps rises to 60 (well, or to a playable one). The original gamepad is from 360 Xbox. I just don't know what to do anymore, the problem appeared 3 weeks ago, and out of nowhere. I took down the driver from the gamepad and put it back in, tried all imaginable and inconceivable connectors - nothing helps.
