Quest bug (Dragon Age: Inquisition)

After passing the story quest "Evil Eyes and Evil Hearts", the quest "open the door in the garden on the lower floor" was left hanging. And it is not removed in any way. It weighs stupidly as an active one, although it is already impossible to get into the Winter Palace. What is this nonsense?
