There are no mods in the game. (Fallout 4)
After installing the mods, there is not the slightest hint of them in the game ..Open the Fallout4Prefs.ini file and find the [Launcher] category in it. Add the following line below this line:
bEnableFileSelection = 1
Save your changes and close the file.
If you are playing on a version of the game below 1.2, open the Fallout4.ini file and find the following text in it:
sResourceDataDirsFinal = STRINGS
Replace it with this:
sResourceDataDirsFinal = STRINGS , TEXTURES , MUSIC , SOUND , INTERFACE , MESHES , PROGRAMS , MATERIALS , LODSETTINGS , VIS , MISC , SCRIPTS , SHADERSFX
Save changes and close the file.
If you have patch 1.2 or higher installed, it is not necessary to make changes to Fallout4.ini, but Fallout4Custom.ini must be changed.
Open Fallout4Custom.ini and add the following lines to it:
[Archive]
bInvalidateOlderFiles = 1
sResourceDataDirsFinal =
That's it, now the game is completely ready to install mods. Despite the seeming complexity, it's simple, and you only have to do it once. But mods can now be installed in a couple of clicks.

There is a simple method - in the plugins.txt file, put * before the name of all unofficial mods and voila! mods all work.
