Need help!!! (Dark Souls 3)

I really need help !!! I play the keyboard-mouse, and sometimes the buttons seem to stick, the Persian starts to run forward or back, only a quick click of all the control keys helps. Punto switcher is not worth it, well, I did not see it in the installed programs. Maybe someone knows what to do that prevents the PPC from doing it. In the Windows settings, I also chopped off the sticking, with the clave of norms everything. The whole game is spoiled by this jamb.
