Owners R9 280x (Dark Souls 3)

There are owners of this r9 280x card? how does it pull? The Division at 30-40 fps, but what about this one?

Should I take it at all? I heard that everyone is praising. Is there a control system like in Skyrim?

I have 270x on r9. 35 ~ 55fps. Mostly more than 40. license. Set medium high settings
