Connecting concrete structures in Wasteland Workshop (Fallout 4)

how to connect the concrete part in the Wasteland Workshop trite it is impossible to connect 2 concrete foundations, they do not stupidly stick to each other, there may be some kind of trick or a bug?

Probably they meant concrete cubes. And not side attachment to each other. And at each other. By the way, I also tried to glue them on top of each other. Did not work out.
