I am immortal ... (Dark Souls 3)

PLEASE help, for some reason I am immortal, I am absolutely not damaged, and it is almost impossible to hit the enemies, except if they stood still for a long time. It feels like all the enemies are phantoms with a ping of 300, I hit them sometimes if I hit IN THE AIR!
PS I play with 15-25 fps
