Duplicate video on a blog

I am talking about the whole essence of the problem. When creating a blog, adding a link to YouTube through the special. button (Add link) As a result, you get a "blue" link to the video, which after publication becomes the video itself without the need for a transition. About 3 days ago, a video was quietly added to the blogs, but yesterday some kind of nonsense began and now the video is being duplicated (2 videos are inserted sequentially the same), as a result of which the moderators simply delete the blog without even giving (or even suggesting how) to fix the video
