How to get to Elmshor? Help! (Pillars of Eternity)

I can't get to Elmshor. It is not displayed on the map, but judging by other people's screenshots - by the logic of things - there is only one way there - through Stormwall Gorge. I climbed this whole location, but the portal to Elmshor was never found. Doesn't appear anywhere.
