Origin and error 0xc000007b

Faced this problem, after reinstalling Windows and can not solve it in any way. I tried a bunch of ways: I deleted the direct, installed all kinds of Microsoft services, updated the drivers. No way.
On a working, wretched, computer with XP, it was installed without any problems, it started. Is there a way to fix this problem?
