Directx 12 (Red Dead Redemption 2)

For God's sake, can someone explain how 12 direct cut? The menu is not allowed to switch, but I do know that I have it, and I was already cut from other projects. Other topics do not answer, had to be separately created.

Initially, too, was blocked. I don't remember exactly,but it seems to have helped change the screen mode, the Window with no frame, on full screen.
