The division PS4 (Tom Clancy's The Division)

After passing through Brooklyn, I get on a helicopter, the screensaver goes to Manhattan and after the screensaver, there is an endless connecting. Waited 10 minutes and loads and loads but does not connect to Manhattan. What to do????
