techkilla, Thank you, but I wrote this file myself through a notepad) I am
interested in the files that are in the folder (3:20 in the video) - the def folder, the manifest, and so on.

I tried to upload it to the Steam Workshop, I downloaded it, but apparently I didn’t get through the moderation since they didn’t add my file.
I would like to study the stock that is exactly like that. (As a sample)

The folder contains a regular mod, only it is not packed in scs. Open any mod (not screwed up) winrar and you will see everything that should be in the universal folder
