Why do horses poop? (Red Dead Redemption 2)

All kind time of day. I mean play, all is well. But suddenly remembered that the day before release looked partially about the game in YouTube (first time ever) there's horse shit. Why is there no poop? I understand that many have more important problems with the game. But hell I wanted on PS postebatsya...
