Poltergeist in the Moscow Metro (Metro: Last Light)

Hello everyone, friends.
I decided to replay Metro Last Light Redux on Xbox One, especially since there were big discounts. So I am walking on the subway and I meet a poltergeist.

The game is no longer new, in theory such simple bugs should not be encountered. What do you think is a bug or a cast?
