NL Wmot (Diablo 2)

After a number of wigs, a question arose: maybe it's better to wave ladder runes on gosa-pvp-wmot on NL and run there? It would be faster.

I have never seen a topic on the forum (mb searched badly) about exchanging NL for ladder and vice versa, so it would be very interesting to know what the exchange rate is.
