Bloodskal Blade Bug (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Completed the entire game, now at level 72. I decided to play on the Bladskal blade from the DLS. But here's the problem, before it worked normally, released a charge of energy, now for some reason not. There is a Steam license.
