Upgrading from XP to 10

The other day, among my trash, I found my old system unit, on which win xp sp2 home edition was preinstalled. Since you can upgrade to 10 for free until July 2016, is it possible to install the original xp sp2 x86 home edition image, activate it with the key that I have saved and upgrade to 10 x64?

it is impossible to officially update, but I met some kind of trouble with updating with saving user data to Win7 and then, respectively, to Win10. I didn't do it myself, but look at

and it's generally easier to either put 10 from scratch, or first roll 7 or 8 and upgrade to 10.

I tried to update all sorts of versions, but the problem is that this version of Windows., I mean 10-ku.
Designed for good performance if you install it in a clean one, then everything is fine !,
And if you just update., The system will work and support most of the progs.
But! .. On almost all sites, as well as in most cases it will be defined as "Unidentified OS"
And this is not good because this system has a distinctive markup "Hard". from previous systems.
And in order to install from scratch, you need a key!
You can of course try to update first, and copy the key of the installed system. But I have not tried this yet.
