Game slows down (Street Fighter 4)

When you start the game without windows live, the game works fine, but after I enter my profile, the FPS falls both in the game and in the menu.
When I registered my account, I registered to Germany.
The settings are at the very minimum, the fps is fixed. (also looked at the variable)
Only today reinstalled Windows xp sp3.

Something is clearly wrong with your computer. Try to install the game from another repack or disk. There, the problem is different - you can see the version is buggy. Try to install the patch.

I have super street fighter 4 06/30/2011 ..... pirate ....... when I play the FPS drops to 10-15 ..... and the video card 1GB RAM .......... .... in the settings I have already turned everything off but it does not help ...... what should I do?
