Problem with NPC movements. (BioShock Infinite)

The problem with characters in Bioshock Infinite. All NPCs in the game move in jerks or seem to slide. The animation seems to be missing. What's the matter?

3rd what kind of Windows
4th does the computer meet the system requirements
5th firewood update
6th if the cache litsuha in incentive check for missing and damaged files
7th if pirate download normal repack

Windows 7 Maximum 64-bit (although the Home Extended had the same problem)
Drivers were updated a week ago
System requirements are in order, it does not fly at maximum speed, but the average is good

Well, download another repack, maybe the problem is in the repack you downloaded, or the old version is not patched.
