Setting up the microphone.

The problem means I have the fact that everyone with whom I communicate can hear me well and quite loudly, they even threw off the soundtrack to me so that I would listen to myself from the outside, but if I record this (it does not matter on a video or on an audio file ) then I can hear myself well, very quietly, unlike system sounds or strangers, they are also quite loud and well heard on the recording.
So, how can I debug this whole thing so that my microphone is recorded on my own video and is not quiet?
