AHTUNG !! Uplay not found! (Trackmania Turbo)

I bought the game through steam, asked to activate it in uplay, downloaded uplay, activated it there, run it from steam, writes uplay not installed, download from there and blah blah blah, through uplay I start launching, the steam opens and gives out the same thing, or uplayservice.exe not found ...
