Can't pull my weapon out! (Fallout 4)

After the murder of the kidnapper of my son, I cannot remove the weapon from the inventory! Is there a solution to the problem ??? And Nick doesn't want to talk to me, he just asks what happened and doesn't take any other form of communication !!! Help me please!!!!
