I can take 3 people on a mission, while in the 1st and 2nd packs they give me 2 and 3 archons at once, others immediately get packs of 1 archon in each pack, the rest of the opponents are easy.
2. I watched the video where you can take 4 fighters for this mission, is it somehow possible?
3. Who did this mission in general? After pumping the last armor and plasma, I went through every mission in general on easy, which is not to say about the beginning of the game, but this is ... 3 people in a squad and 3 archons in a pack ... Such a pack does not always work out to drain with 6 fighters because many know how they like to dodge.

3) I took a sniper, a rangar and a psionic.
All are pumped to max: Sniper - Serie, Ranger - Reaper, Psionic - Break of the Void and Dominator.

during the passage itself, it was possible to take 4 operatives: psi-agent, ranger, grenadier and specialist. Each pack of enemies contained several archons. Passed on the "Professional" true.
And on the Legend difficulty, new weapons or skills are unlocked for the fighters that are not on the easy difficulty?

On Legend difficulty you start to play differently and what might seem stupid becomes very usable. More missions and the game will not let you relax until the very end. But of course, if you do not turn it into an endless save / load, but play in one go.
XCOM generally SHOULD be played on the terminator, otherwise the meaning of many of its features and functions is lost. Well, this game is far from milking everyone, but this is another conversation about the fans of the genre
