Is VR worth playing? (Adr1ft)

Yesterday I bought this game, but there is no time to play it yet and it will hardly be until tomorrow. Who bought it and have already played it? Is it true that it is better to use VR for the game, as the developers advise? Your opinion .

I bought it yesterday, played it, went through about half, without VR it is played perfectly, there is immersion, but with 100% glasses it will be simply incomparable!
